hope for toMORROW
Anna Morrow and her family continue the fight against Friedreich's Ataxia(FA), a debilitating, life shortening neuromuscular disease.
On October 15, I'm riding to cure Friedreich's ataxia I'll ride with local FA families, friends and cycling enthusiasts to redefine what is possible in FA research.
rideATAXIA was founded by Kyle Bryant, a young man with FA. Kyle redefined what was possible in his life when he took up recumbent cycling. He says after training for and completing his first century ride, "I can't even walk down the street, but I rode 100 miles in a day. After that the sky was the limit." Since 2007, rideATAXIA has raised over $3 million to fund FA research progress.
The Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA) is a national, public, 501(c)(3), non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to the pursuit of scientific research leading to treatments and a cure for Friedreich's ataxia.
Last year, team hope for toMORROW was the #1 fundraiser, bringing together nearly $31,000 for FARA! Let's do it again this year!
Join me in supporting the urgent pace of that research. Donate. Together we will cure FA!
